When we wanted to buy our first home we had no idea how to go about it. Brian was highly recommended to us through a mortgage broker and from then on he has made everything so easy! Brian has such a good nature about him and takes the worry out of everything. Brian loves what he does and is well educated when it comes to homes. I always appreciated his helpful advice. He won't let you buy something that he wouldn't buy himself! I would say he treats his clients like family and always has your best interest at heart, going that extra mile! Brian books the best reliable contractors to do inspections when needed and he is always available for you when you need him.
